“Diana is extremely talented and approaches each and every session with enthusiasm and positive energy.
I have been seeing Diana for fortnightly massages for the past 18 months to help with problems with my neck/shoulders and knees, as well as stress levels.
I work as a hair dresser and so spend a lot of time of my feet, I found I was having a lot of problems with my knees that impacted on my work and ability to exercise. Since seeing Diana, she has worked with me with wonderful massage skills as well as showing me stretches and simple exercises I could do at home. Since seeing Diana I no longer have knee issues and feel much more mobile with few aches and pains despite long hours on my feet.
At each session Diana would be clear on what we had worked on previously and assessed what needed to be worked on that day, on some days stress relief was what I most needed and Diana picked up on that and delivered not only a physically useful session, but also emotionally balancing too.”

Diana is an excellent massage therapist, highly experienced with dry needling skills. Diana has great knowledge of the body and injuries as a Master Personal Trainer who previously worked in some of the largest gyms in central Sydney. Personally, her abilities are a fantastic combination for me, I always get helpful tips and demonstrations on how to balance my gym activities with my injuries. I have been a customer for many years now and rely on these appointments for ongoing maintenance of my movement and comfort. Until I started to see Diana regularly I struggled with this balance and required a lot of intensive physiotherapy due to previous neck surgery, a number of damaged discs and age and injury related arthritis, functional movement massage at it’s best. The only down side for me is now no other massage therapist matches up, I could not recommend higher 5 stars

When I first came to Diana, I had a number of issues that had built up over the years. My sessions with her have almost been like ‘wellbeing therapy’, where we have talked through the many factors involved and often she would share her knowledge and wisdom about the body. It is through her encouragement that I started going to Pilates and now, three years later, I am virtually pain-free, as long as I keep up my exercise and regular massage. Thank you, Diana, for your listening ear and practical support! It truly has been life-changing.
